AGWUT .A. INTERNATIONAL LIMITED was incorporated in 2007 in line with the provision of the company and Allied Matters Act 1990. We have our corporate office at Ayodele Adebowale Crescent, Block 13 Plot 189 Amowu-Odofin Lagos and our branch office located at Plot 396 Trans- Amadi Industrial Layout Port-Harcourt.

The company is solely indigenous and specializes in on-shore and off-shore STEVEDORING operations. The company is solely indigenous. Since incorporation, we have devoted material and fiancial resources in the development of human capacity towards building the eight competence in the provision of our core service which is cargo handling.

In the above connection the company has continously updated and upgraded its technical operational competence to cope with the ever evolving demands of the shipping interests, which includes adaptation of requisite cargo handling equipment and facilities. A testimony to our competence level is the immense operational relationship between the company and several multi-national OICS. To position our company as a Frontline company, we have equipment and gears required for lashing/unlashing, fastening/unfastening, rigging/unrigging, cargo lifting and discharge equipment. Our traditional business is based on our accomplishment in the supply of local manpower in the oil and gas sector here in Nigeria and the business of clearing and forwarding. The company specializes in bonded terminal operation and warehousing and has invested portion of its assets in the purchase and sale of securities such as stocks and bonds as well as forex trading on global markets.
